Constellations and distance to stars
If you look at the sky where there is no light on a clear night, there are so many stars can not count. Thousands of years ago, the ancients linked stars to create constellations named after animals, objects, and mythical figures. Each star in the constellation is only the same direction. Distances to the stars are different each other. There is no real connection between the constellation stars.
Constellations evolved into different forms depending on the region and civilization. Therefore, there were various confusions about the way of displaying the position of the star using the constellation. Currently, 88 standard constellations are specified and used.
